1. What is the best way to contact EyeFitt ?
If you already have placed an order you can use the same email to reply to us with your queries or if you have a sales enquiry or enquiry about your prescription for a certain frame then please email us at sales@eyefitt.co.uk

2. When will I receive my order ?
Your order once placed will be dispatched same day when the frames are available, however if your order needs to go our lab for prescription, the glasses will be despatched as soon as they are ready without any further delay. Usually allow for 5-7 working days as a minimum. Prescription orders take longer but we expect them to be delivered within 5-10 working days.
3. What lens options are best for sports eyewear ?
We have many options, and it depends on the frame you choose, but we recommend that you choose the polycarbonate lenses which are proven to be tough and most popular for sports. Please read the options information when ordering your eyewear.
4. What warranty is offered ?
The lenses have a warranty of 2 years, however accidental damage is not covered, however you may be able to reglaze the same frame by sending your frame to us, please enquire if you wish to do so.
5. What size of frame would fit me ?
On your existing spectacles, please measure from one arm to the other and round up by 5mm. This is what we use as a frame size to help you choose the right fit.
6. Where are my items coming from ?
All our products are shipped from the UK or Europe.
7. What if my items don't arrive ?
Our mission is to make sure all our customers are satisfied, we will do whatever it takes to get the product you rordered to your doorstep. In the unlikely event your item does not arrive please contact us to rectify the issue.
