Delivery & Returns

Delivery 

 

We use Evri, Royal Mail,DX and DPD as our couriers to ship out our products. Your products will be shipped as soon as they are glazed.

All deliveries are tracked and you will be given a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

Prescription orders are usually fulfilled within 2 weeks, this is not a promise but average the time it takes us to get the order to you. In some cases it is quicker and in some cases with some higher prescriptions, it can take longer, depending on what lenses we have in stock at time of the order.

Please check your email for any queries that we may have for your prescription, we do not proceed with orders unless all prescription and order queries has been answered.  Delayed response will delay us in getting your order to you in time. 

 

You will be notified if there is a delay further than 10 working days, normally you would receive your order within this time period. 

 

Returns 

 

If we have made an error we will re-glaze the lenses and refund any postage on returning the frame back to us.

We are unable to offer refunds for prescription eyewear that has been made to correct specification. This is because prescription eyewear is a bespoke item that is made specifically for you. Once the glasses have been made, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
